Experiments in mobile ticketing

Are you thinking about trying out a mobile ticketing model for your venue? Watch our video update on the progress of ‘LSO Pulse’, London Symphony Orchestra’s pilot digital R&D project which is testing mobile marketing and ticketing, allowing students to purchase discounted concert tickets through mobile apps.

Nico Koepke, from KODIME, the tech company that developed the app says: “Students and other young audiences can be very effectively reached and engaged on the mobile channel, and they appreciate the offer and reward with loyalty.” The apps will also use location data to show events nearby and allow students to share comments via social media.
